You’ll race side by side with other companies across the sun-drenched Aegean Sea, docking each evening in stunning locations for connection, reflection, and celebration.

Every team coach is an ICF-accredited professional with years of real-world experience guiding teams through growth, challenge and transformation.

Your 4-day team experience is fully curated to deliver transformation without distraction.
Each team receives personalised coaching from an ICF-accredited Penguin coach, including a full diagnostic phase in the weeks leading up to the event, and live team coaching throughout the regatta.
You’ll be sailing on a premium yacht with a professional skipper, with onboard accommodation provided. All meals and drinks are included – from breakfasts and lunches at sea to shared dinners, cocktails, and celebration events.
The experience also features a guided visit to the Poseidon Temple, entertainment, a beach party, airport transfers, and exclusive Nereides memorabilia.
